The Coutts Centre and University of Lethbridge Art Gallery welcome our followers and the public to an En Plein Air Art Show & Sale.
With live Classical Music by Violinist Laura Reid and Guitarist Dale Ketcheson under the bandstand at noon. (more info below)
Come to our beloved prairie oasis to see what our plein air artists are creating, all proceeds go directly to the artist.
Tour the gardens, enjoy the music and munch on a picnic lunch (bring your own or order through tickets below).

Tickets are available for online purchase until 3 p.m. Friday August 16. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event. Payment at the door can be cash, e-transfer or debit/credit card.

Laura Reid
Classically trained violinist Laura Reid is a versatile and active member of Calgary’s music community, with eight years playing as a member of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and countless performances and collaborative work with small ensembles in the city. As a curator and programmer, she co-hosted the CJSW show Unprocessed from 2016-2021, helped launch the Tadpole concert series at Theatre 1308 in 2019 and was Artistic Director of Kensington Sinfonia from 2018-2021.
Dale Ketcheson
Classically trained guitarist, Dale has performed throughout Western Canada and the North-Western United States. His performances include concerts for national and international festivals as well as radio and television appearances. His repertoire spans a wide range of styles from Renaissance to contemporary classical music and jazz. His programs are both thought-provoking and entertaining and are always warmly received by his audiences.
